Follometry never logs in to Instagram. The app only reads the file that Instagram offers you to download. That violates neither Instagram’s Terms of Use nor its Community Guidelines. Follometry will not get your account banned or restricted.
Many other follower apps want your login details, access Instagram through unofficial interfaces or automate your actions, which violates the Terms of Use. That is exactly what leads to bans.

Who doesn’t follow you back
Under Follows you see every account you follow that doesn’t follow you back, with the date you started following them.

Who unfollowed you
Load a new export into Follometry at regular intervals. In Trend you see who unfollowed you and who started following you, by week, month or year.

Spot renamed accounts
When an account changes its name, Follometry doesn’t count it as unfollowed and new. Its history shows what it was called before. For accounts you follow this is certain; for other followers it says “Probably renamed”.

Spot follow-unfollow
Some accounts follow you only until you follow back, then unfollow. Follometry shows you these accounts.
How you get your export

Request your export
In the Instagram app, you request a file with your followers. That takes about five minutes.

Load the ZIP file
Instagram then needs a few minutes to a few hours. You download the ZIP file and open it in Follometry.

See the result
Follometry shows you who doesn’t follow you back. Load a new export later, and you also see who unfollowed you.
Works offline
The analysis doesn’t need the internet. You only download the export online beforehand. Turn on airplane mode and try it. Follometry sends your Instagram data nowhere, not even to me.
