How it works

Request your Instagram data export — in the Instagram app under Settings → Accounts Center → Your information → Download your information.
Select JSON format and choose only "Followers and following". Instagram will email you a download link.
Load the ZIP file into Follometry — the app analyses everything locally on your device in seconds.
See your non-followers instantly — tap any account to open it directly in Instagram.

No violation of Instagram's guidelines

Many follower-check apps ask for your login credentials or use unofficial API access — that violates Instagram's Terms of Service and can get your account suspended.

Follometry works differently: the app never accesses your Instagram account and requires no password. It only analyses the official export file that Instagram must provide to every user under GDPR (Art. 20). No login. No API. No rule violations.
